∙​Media Manager for a team of six Round Shot/HDRI/Still Photographers, 2 Lidar Scanner Techs and a Drone Pilot over 8 days on the Boston VFX unit.  Team shot 21 rooftops and groundshots while extensively scanning all locations for a 25 minute sole VFX sequence. Responsible for following naming conventions then compiling and loading all data onto Lacie 4TB External Hard Drive for both Legendary Entertainment and Moving Picture Company in Montreal.

Camera notes, diagrams, placing tracking markers and continuous management, HDRI photography, tile/texture photography, witness cameras, reference photos, lighting reference with gray and reflective sphere as well as color chart ­ input on an IPAD in FileMaker Pro, buyer and coordination of production materials as well as management of wrap out of Quincy VFX office. Assisted Camera test days.

∙ Lead Data Wrangler for 1st & 2nd Unit, coordinating data collection & organization for up to 3 cameras at once. Camera reference photos, lighting diagrams, texture photography of live animals, HDRI Photography, lighting references, manual set survey with distometer, wrap notes and preproduction plate shot organization.

“UNDERDOG” MAR  - AUG 2006 

VFX Producer: Andrew Fowler VFX Supervisor: Hoyt Yeatman

∙ Hand drawn lighting and survey maps on set and re­draw into Adobe Illustrator (there were no Wi­Fi hotspots on­location) diagrams, camera notes, Reference Photography, Texture Photographs of live animals, training and use of Hoyt Yeatman’s proprietary HDRI camera system (Chirpy Cam), assisted Camera test days and all wrap out VFX element photography.
